The saying “anything is possible” isn’t quite true, but much more is possible than we sometimes might think. For example, it is now clear that United States Treasury bonds are not the risk-free investments they were long assumed to be. The risk-free assumption was rooted in a failure of imagination, a failure to recognize the possibilities of divided government. So too for many global catastrophic risks. GCRI Welcomes Research Associate Caroline Zaw-Mon

We’re pleased to announce our newest affiliate, Research Associate Caroline Zaw-Mon. Here’s his bio from the GCRI People page.

Caroline is a Risk Project Manager at the University of Denver. Caroline holds an M.A. in International Studies from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver (2009), an International M.B.A. from Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver (2009), and a B.S. in History (2001) from Vanderbilt University.
